Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in filtered water.
  2. Add water kefir grains and optional ingredients (fig/raisins, molasses, lemon).
  3. Cover with a cloth and let it ferment at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
  4. Strain out the grains and transfer the liquid to a sealed bottle for a second fermentation (if desired).
  5. Store in the fridge and enjoy chilled.
