Day 1
11th February – Arrival into a state of calm
Welcome & lunch by 12 PM
3 PM – 5 PM : Opening circle & Restoractive yoga
5:30 PM : Nature Walk & Pranayama
6:45 PM – 8:30 PM : Intensive Conscious connected Breathwork & Somatic emotional healing
8:30 PM : Dinner
9:30 PM : Chanting & Havan
Day 2
12th February – Anchoring in your true self
6:30 – 8:30 AM : Yogic rituals of kriya, Pranayama, Yoga, Dhyana
8:30 AM : Breakfast
10:30 – 12:30 PM : Art, Energy Work, Chakra Movement
12:30 – 4:30 PM : Lunch & Rest
4:30 – 7:30 PM : Blindfold Yoga, Movement Meditation, Mantra Chanting & Sound Bath for integration
7:30 – 8:30 PM : Dinner
8:30 PM : Full Moon rituals, & Meditation by the Bonfire, Closing circle
Day 3
13th February
6:30 AM : Kriya
7:00 – 8:30 AM : Yin Yoga & Silence Walk
8:30 – 11:00 AM : Breakfast & Checkout
After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll visit the sacred Trimbakeshwar Temple – One of the 12 Jyotirlingas, an energetically charged space.
