Pet Policy

We are delighted to have you with us along with your adorable four-legged friend. It will be our endeavour to make his/her stay as comfortable as yours, if not more.

May we request for your consideration on the following:

• Only Garden Suite category is allowed for the stay.
• A copy of the vaccination certificate to submitted during the time of reservation or upon arrival which is a must.
• Only one pet per room is allowed.
• A convenient time to be given by the guest for housekeeping services to clean your room.
• When out of the room, please see that your pet is ALWAYS on a leash. We have other guests walking around, who may be apprehensive of our four-legged friends.
• While your pet is free to roam around the property with you while on a leash, please do not take them inside the Restaurant, Wellness Centre, Yoga Dome, Swimming Pool as a consideration to our other guests. You can take him/her to restaurant lawns and deck while having a meal by accessing the outside pathway.
• There are designated areas for your pet to relieve himself/herself. Kindly check with the team who will point the same to you. Please ensure that your pet relieves himself/herself only in the designated areas. You will be provided with hand gloves to throw away the wastes in designated areas.
• Please do take care that your pet does not damage any furniture, cushions, and the linens inside the room. While we would like them to have a relaxed time with us, we will be constrained to bill for any damage caused to hotel property.
• The room is professionally cleaned on your departure and prepared for the next guests for which there is a nominal charge which has already been conveyed to you at the time of making the reservation.
• Viveda Management holds the rights to cancel your stay in case of any unforeseen situation that cause any nuisance to the other guest staying at Viveda even after attempting to solve any such cases mutually.
