Soul Fest: The Winter Edition

A weekend yoga retreat to close the year with intention.
As the year begins to wind down, give yourself a weekend to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.
Soul Fest: The Winter Edition is a three-day yoga and wellness retreat at Viveda, Nashik, bringing together movement, breath, meditation and mindful living in the middle of nature. Through Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra and more, the retreat creates space to reconnect with your body, quieten your mind and turn your attention inward.
MOVE. BREATHE. AWAKEN.
A practice of movement, breath and awareness for inner growth.
The retreat begins with movement. Explore the strength, rhythm and awareness of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, allowing the body to move with the breath rather than simply moving through a sequence. Whether you have an established practice or are returning to yoga after a while, these sessions create an opportunity to become more aware of your body, your breath and the way you move through the present moment.
RETURN TO PRESENCE
A softer way back to yourself.
Not every practice needs to be about effort. Slow down through Pranayama and Meditation, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Yoga Nidra. These gentler practices invite you to release, restore and become more present. Between movement and stillness, you begin to notice what often gets lost in the pace of everyday life: your breath, your body and simply being here.
A WEEKEND TO RESET
The retreat has been thoughtfully paced to give you a rhythm of practice, nourishment, rest and reflection.
Your mornings begin with Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga. Nourishing Satvik meals follow, while the day leaves room for rest, massage and a temple visit. Afternoons bring deeper exploration through a Chakra and Ayurveda workshop, followed by Yin Yoga and Qi Gong. As evening arrives, the experience moves towards dinner, Yoga Nidra and, on the opening night, Sound Healing.
The final morning begins with a cleansing Kriya, followed by Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga before the closing circle. It isn’t about doing more. It is about making space for what matters.

A RETREAT SURROUNDED BY NATURE
Come back to yourself. Surrounded by nature.
Set amidst Viveda’s peaceful natural surroundings, Soul Fest gives you space beyond the yoga mat too. Between sessions, walk through the gardens, spend time outdoors, rest, enjoy a massage or simply find a quiet corner and do nothing for a while. The idea is not to fill every moment.
You can move when you want to move. Rest when you want to rest. And simply be when you need to be.
COME BACK TO YOURSELF
Three days to move.
Three days to breathe.
Three days to become a little more present.
Close the year not by rushing towards the next one, but by giving yourself the space to pause and listen inward.
