The Wisdom Residency, Nashik – Deohri Roots – Journeys & Experiences by The Times Of India

July 31 - August 3
₹99750 – ₹136500

Four days in the hills of Nashik, near Trimbakeshwar Temple, spent with two scholars and the Bhagavad Gita, taught not as a text to memorise but as something to think with. Deorhi designs for what matters the most – connection. Each experience is meticulously crafted to shift your inner state and elevate your potential. Because your greatest life isn’t found in comfort, but forged in a sacred space of intentional evolution. Across our crafted experiences, Deorhi becomes your threshold between being and becoming.

What To Expect

Two scholars, one inward path

Yog Guru Surakshit Goswami leads the philosophical core, drawing from the Gita, the Patanjali Yog Sutras, Samkhya and the Upanishads. Raman Iyer brings the stories and comparative philosophy, and opens the residency with a musical play inspired by the Gita. The teaching moves between rigour and narrative.

Fire, sound, and stillness

Mornings begin before sunrise with Ayurvedic cleansing and yoga for every level. Evenings build toward a havan around the fire circle, meditation with live flute, and Yog Nidra with sound healing. The body lets go and the mind goes quiet.

Ending at Trimbakeshwar

The residency closes on a Monday, sacred to Shiva, with VIP darshan at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve, thirty minutes away. Three nights at Viveda Wellness Resort, sattvic meals, and an Abhyanga massage hold the days in between.

Day By Day – The Journey Unfolds

Embark: Arrival in Nashik

The residency begins by doing less. Arrive through the afternoon, find your room, walk the grounds. Tea at half past four, refreshments, first hellos, no agenda. As dusk falls, the residency opens with theatre. Against My Own, a musical play inspired by the Bhagavad Gita by Raman Iyer, sets the tone for everything that follows, before the first sattvic meal, shared.

Immersion: Gita Rahasya

From body to mind, and back. The first full day opens before sunrise with a simple Ayurvedic cleansing and yoga for every level, then settles into the morning teaching, Gita Rahasya, on the secrets of divine wisdom with Surakshit Goswami. Lunch begins in silence. The pace is deliberate and questions are welcome throughout. Afternoons hold rest and an optional Ayurvedic treatment. The evening turns to Kundalini, Chakras and the Gita, where yogic physiology meets Vedanta, and closes with a fire circle, a havan that ends when it ends.

Liberation: Sound Healing

The day reaches for the subtle body, the channels, qualities and life-forces beneath the surface, and ends in stillness. The morning moves from Naadi, Gunas and Pranas with Surakshit Goswami to The Arthashastra and the Gita with Raman Iyer, where power meets liberation. Afternoons stay open for a private session with Guruji, by appointment, or simply rest. The evening builds with devotional music before Yog Nidra with sound healing lets everything settle.

Return: Departure & Darshan

The residency ends as it began, gently, and on an auspicious note. It is a Monday, sacred to Shiva. After two days held in Krishna’s teaching through the Gita, ending at Trimbakeshwar has a certain completeness. An early morning VIP darshan at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, thirty minutes away with transport arranged, is followed by breakfast and checkout. You leave carrying a quieter mind, and a practice to keep.
